Benefits: FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Commercial Maintenance Technician position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide. Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site. Technician will be assigned to multiple locations and must be available for after hour emergency calls.
