AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU- Secret (NV1): TRAVEL: No: Description: The Contract Manager for the KC30A provides key commercial and contractual leadership in support of the Program Manager, ensuring effective management and oversight of all Program Contract requirements and the delivery of Sustainment / Through Life Support services to the Commonwealth of Australia. As a senior member of the Program Leadership Team, the Contract Manager plays a critical role in driving compliant, value-for-money outcomes across the Program. Key Responsibilities: - Provide sound, risk-balanced commercial and contractual advice to support Program outcomes - Propose, negotiate and respond to Contract Change Proposals, including contract drafting - Prepare and deliver S&Qs in consultation with relevant functional teams - Prepare, submit and manage all contractual deliverables and notifications - Support and contribute to contract reviews (e.g. Award Term Reviews, Periodic Cost Reviews) - Oversee delivery of TLS services to ensure scope remains within contracted limits - Lead and support the resolu...
