Position Specific Description: Serve as the technical authority and compliance lead for several NERC PRC standards applicable to NextEra Energy Power Generation Division (PGD) assets, including Wind, Solar PV sites, and Battery energy storage systems. This role ensures protection systems, relay settings, maintenance/testing programs, and disturbance monitoring meet mandatory PRC requirements and support PGD’s reliability and audit readiness objectives. Key Responsibilities Will Include the Following: Governance and Compliance - Own PGD’s PRC compliance program for standards such as PRC 002, PRC 004, PRC 005, PRC 019, PRC 024 and emerging IBR standards (PRC 028/029/030). - Maintain audit-ready documentation (RSAWs, evidence logs) and internal controls.
