This person will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with Front of the House personnel and operation of the dining rooms to ensure a high quality and consistent dining experience. Maintaining all aspects of excellent restaurant customer service from making reservations to exiting the restaurant are their responsibility. The main focus of this position is on customer service and can train/instill customer service values to subordinate staff.
