About the role: The Gearbox Technician II supports production through advanced mechanical work on industrial gearboxes while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This role performs complex disassembly, inspection, and component identification and supports engineering, warehouse, and finance teams with accurate documentation, labor entry, and inventory processes. The technician operates shop equipment including cranes, presses, forklifts, and cutting tools to meet production and cost targets.
