Job DetailsJob Location: Jamestown, CA 95327Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyPlayers Club Representative Position Summary: As a Team Member of the Players Club team, the Players Club Representative is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Players Club Representative is responsible for acting as a Guest Service ambassador for the Casino while enhancing the Guest's experience and assisting Guests with questions regarding promotions, player programs, and gaming. Position Functions: Essential Functions: - Meet and greet all Guests and complete all necessary steps when entering new Guests into the player tracking system. - Build Guest relations throughout every shift by talking with Guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. - Explain the benefits of the Players Club program to new and existing Guests. - Answer telephones and assist Guests with questions. - Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and organizational policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. - Assist with the implementation of on-site p...
