Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking to fill a Full-Time Career Coach position in Genesee County . $17.13 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases. Career Advancement Opportunities!!: _______________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities: _______________________________________________________ - Contribute to the development and promotion of each individual’s business and/or vocational goals. - Coordinate tasks/jobs within incubator space and/or community sites. - Ensure high quality of production of goods and services. - Assist individuals in reaching their IPOS goals, specifically with regard to their micro-enterprise business. - Ensure supplies are properly secured for each job. - Work on production, when necessary. - Coach and promote personal growth for each individual to reach quality standards.
