Description Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Healthcare Coordinator . In this role, the LPN will help coordinate and monitor healthcare services for individuals receiving support, provide staff training and consultation, support medication administration systems, and advocate for quality healthcare outcomes across our programs.
