About the role. The Director, Regional Field Leader is a key member of the Risk Management team reporting to the VP, Western Zone Field Leader. The primary focus of this role is to provide strong leadership for an assigned group of Risk Managers. Specific responsibilities will focus on coaching and development to drive PURE360 quality, delivery of an exceptional member experience, and loss prevention improvement in the defined region. Field travel and engagement with direct reports up to 50% of the time is expected. What you will do. Execution of risk management field strategies Manage daily operations of the Risk function, fostering a culture of connectivity and recognition for an assigned team of remote Risk Managers. Engage with the cross-functional business leaders in the assigned Region to ensure an understanding of the regional goals and your Risk Management team’s role in achieving important business outcomes. Represent PURE Risk Management in various interactions, including PURE360 disputes with members, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
