Overview: The Premium Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation of high‑quality food items for premium clubs, suites, and catering operations throughout the venue. This role focuses exclusively on back‑of‑house food production, including ingredient preparation, recipe execution, portioning, and maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards. The Premium Prep Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled based on business needs.
