Service Coordinator – Sterile Processing Full Time – 40 Hours per Week Second Shift: Nights 10pm-6:30am, Mon-Fri Position Summary: Baystate Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator – Sterile Processing to join our team. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), second-shift position (2p-10:30p) . The Service Coordinator meets and exceeds the competencies of Sterile Processing Technician Levels I, II, and III. This role demonstrates expert knowledge and application of Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards and serves as a clinical and operational leader within the department. The Coordinator provides mentorship and education to technicians, functions in the charge role as needed, and actively participates in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives aligned with Baystate Health’s mission and standards.
