What you’ll need to succeed as a Specialist, Technology at XPO Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience - 3 years of experience in troubleshooting printers, tablets, cell phones, Windows PCs, Chrome PCs, AV equipment and associated complex issues of networked devices Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or similar - 1 year of related experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment - 1 year of related experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory and SCCM - Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Proficiency in Max or MRP (Epcor) data cataloging software - Experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment - Able to lift 25 pounds About the Specialist, Technology Job: Pay, benefits and more: - Full health insurance benefits available on day one - Life and disability insurance - Earn up to 13 days PTO over your first year - 9 paid company holidays - 401(k) option with company match - Education assistance - Shift: Monday - Thursday...
