About the Role: The Parts Supervisor / Senior Spare Parts Interpreter is responsible for leading parts operations, driving spare parts sales, and ensuring effective warehouse and inventory management. This role supervises a team of three and works closely with Service and Field Technicians to deliver timely, accurate parts support to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support a team of three parts team members. - Drive both internal and external spare parts sales. - Attend to counter, phone, and email enquiries from customers and staff. - Provide accurate parts quotes to support service and repair jobs. - Manage inventory control, including regular stocktakes. - Oversee receipting, dispatching, packing, and shipping of orders. - Coordinate replenishment of Field Service Technician van stock. - Build strong working relationships with customers...
