Job description

The Head of Production Support (IMS West) is a senior executive responsible for the overall stability, resilience, and operational performance of the IMS technology estate. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership across global Production Support teams, ensuring services are delivered in line with business expectations, regulatory requirements, and client commitments, including critical external clients. Operating at Managing Director level, the role is accountable for end‑to‑end service health, major incident management, problem and change governance, and continuous service improvement across the IMS Business Unit.
