As a Relationship Manager, you'll look after a portfolio of customers across diversified industries, building deep, genuine relationships and supporting each business with tailored commercial lending solutions. You'll take the time to truly understand what drives your customers, structure thoughtful lending options and work closely with product specialists and internal partners to anticipate needs and make banking feel simple and personal. You’ll also be a visible presence in the Perth / Boorloo market on Noongar Country, creating new opportunities, welcoming new customers and building strong networks across the local business community. This is a permanent, full-time role with the flexibility to balance time with customers, in the office and working from home.
