Job Summary: Provides comprehensive and emergency dental care to the patients of Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP). This position plays a key role providing preventative and restorative high quality dental care to the vulnerable children and members of the community we serve. The primary focus with be examination, diagnosis, and treatment of the pediatric population in the Allentown School District. Functions effectively within the mobile dental clinic, health center, and other health care environments. Complies with health center safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality. Requirements: Education: Experience: Licensure/Certificates: Training: - Graduation from an accredited Dental School and completion of residency training. - More than three years of Dentistry experience in medically needy and underserved communities and in a community health center setting, preferred. - Active/current Dentistry license in practice in Pennsylvania upon hire. - Active/current Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA upon hire. - Successful completion of national boards upon hire.
