What success looks like in this role: Job Summary Serve as a Senior Client Solution Architect responsible for the architecture, security design, technical enablement, and enterprise integration of the Service Experience Accelerator (SEA) platform into complex enterprise customer environments. Represent the customer’s technology integration and deployment requirements to the solution engineering team while also providing guidance customers on how to utilize SEA capabilities. Provide advanced architectural leadership, cloud-native design expertise, and security governance support across multi-industry enterprise implementations leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies.
