The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level. About the Job: The Patient Safety Attendant is responsible for focused monitoring of patient safety through direct 1:1 visual monitoring, or continuous visual observation, or camera monitoring, for patients that require an increased level of observation. The Patient Safety Atendant promotes and maintains a safe environment, and alerts clinical staff to patient safety issues that arise. In addition to monitoring patients for safety, this role may engage with the patient in therapeutic activities.
