About this role: The Building Automation Field Supervisor - Data Centers is a team leader of a selected number of Field Engineers (FE) base on Data Centers in the Waukesha WI region. Their primary responsibility is managing and training of their direct employees, and verification of their work through the duration of Data Center projects. They will be responsible for the mentoring of new hires into new construction field operations, as well as current FE’s. They are responsible for working with the Project Management group in coordinating timely completion of all assigned projects.
