About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Despatch & Customer Service Administrator to join our Ipswich office. You’ll be a key point of contact for trade customers, supporting both front office operations and back-end despatch logistics. You'll thrive in this role if you’re great with people, tech-savvy, and have experience in either building materials, trade supply, or logistics.
