Our team is growing, and we’re looking for Physical Therapists to join us in Rocklin, CA. This position is staffed in one of our senior living community partners. *Sign-on bonus eligible for those that qualify* What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents in Prairie City Landing and Revel Folsom senior living communities. Drive rewarding patient outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes. What You’ll Bring: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply. Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills.
