Position Details PRESERVATION CASE MANAGERS - Families First - Full Time 40 hours per week We are searching for Preservation Workers to join our Samaritas Family Preservation Team! This position will be in our Families First program, covering KENT COUNTY. FAMILIES FIRST WORKERS!! Are you ready to make a positive change in families lives? Do you have two years field experience working with children and families in a family-centered, solution-focused environment? Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in SOCIAL WORK or comparable human service field? You can make a big impact with children and families in KENT COUNTY if you have a degree in social work or related field. We are on the hunt for person-centric colleagues to join our Families First of Michigan team doing impactful work! This vital role involves intensive, home-based, 28-day interventions with a two-family-caseload that focuses on the family’s strengths, utilizing their own resilience, as they become self-sufficient. Our staff spend an average of 10 hours a week with these families, face-to-face, with the goal of keeping children with their families.
