About the job Key Responsibilities: Develop Individual account strategies in conjunction with the General Manager to execute them at the highest service standards and to the full satisfaction of our customers. Focus on retention and growth of top revenue-generating customers ; e xpand lanes to maximize wallet share Problem-solve operational challenges internally and externally Qualify all sales leads and prospecting efforts to pursue potential new customers for Brink’s services, including assessing potential risk and exposure to the company. Expand market share where Brink’s does not have a strong presence; develop relationships through networking Respond to RFP’s , follow up on offers submitted to clients and other Brink’s stations. Help customers as a day-to-day contact while using the appropriate escalation channels as matters arise. Ensure activities are coordinated with the global team. Adherence to local, national, and international legislation and procedures (Customs, Compliance , Money laundering etc.).
