We're looking for a talented IT Service Desk Technician to join our team in Washington, DC . This position will support a complex government client and will provide first-level IT support in a ServiceNow-based environment. In this role, you will serve as an initial point of contact for users, assist with common technical issues, and help ensure a positive support experience across a secure enterprise environment. Work Location: Onsite – Work from one of our office locations. Clearance: Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
