Job Description Summary The Technical Leader for Hot Gas Path (HGP) Value Engineering team is a newly created leadership position designed to elevate our technical execution from individual project delivery to a best-in-class cost muscle for GE Vernova. You will be responsible for defining the technical standard for the team, establishing Lean standard work, and acting as the primary strategic owner for Rare Earth Element (REE) utilization across the HGP portfolio. You’ll ensure that value engineering is not an afterthought, but a core component of early-stage design and long-term business strategy. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Technical Strategy: - Strategic Rare Earth Element (REE) Ownership: Lead the HGP strategy for critical rare earth elements (e.g., Yttrium, Hafnium, Tantalum).
