Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Incident & Crisis Management Education and Response What’s the role?: You’ll play a key role in supporting how Westpac responds to incidents and crises across the Group. Working within Business Resilience, you’ll help coordinate and lead incident and crisis responses, chair response meetings, and provide clear updates to senior leaders when disruptions occur. You’ll work closely with teams across technology, cyber, risk and operations to make sure incidents are assessed quickly, the right response teams are brought together, and services are restored as safely and efficiently as possible. You’ll also support training, testing and post‑incident reviews, helping improve how we prepare for and respond to future events. This role includes being part of an on‑call roster to support incidents outside standard hours. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Sydney , with flexibility and shared after‑hours coverage.
