Job DetailsJob Location: Omaha Zoo - Omaha, NE 68107Position Type: Full TimeJob Title: Warehouse Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-exempt: Classification: Full-time: Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (some weekends and/or holiday availability required) Pay Rate: Range starts at $18.62/hour Summary: Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to provide proper execution of the inventory control guidelines of the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium’s retail operation. This position reports directly to the Manager of Retail Operations. Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Receive, unload, inspect, document issues, and sort merchandise purchase orders. Verification of purchase order accuracy against the packing list. Follow up with vendor documentation of damages/shortages to obtain credit and/or return to vendor claims. Maintain receiving paperwork (receiving docket, packing list, purchase orders). Immediately process/reconciles invoices, upon receipt, ensuring the PO and invoice match. Ensure that all damages and transfers are properly executed and entered daily to maintain data integrity. Ability to prepare routine reports as directed....
