Job DetailsJob Location: Conner Prairie Museum - Fishers, IN 46038Travel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Restaurant - Food ServicePrincipal Function: Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, this position serves to oversee concessions staff and operations for Conner Prairie’s festivals, programs and daily food service operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Supervises food service operations at cafes and concession stands. Oversees point of sale (P.O.S) system, verifies all cash/credit sales and end of day sales reports. Supports event setup to include moving of concessions equipment, tables/ chairs, and product. Supervises and trains employees and volunteers to operate the POS, perform culinary tasks and follow food safety standards. Assists with managing stock, receiving and inventory control. Possesses ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Must be willing to learn set-up, maintain, disassemble and clean equipment related to concession operations.
