CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider. YOUR ROLE: We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our warehouse campus in Roosendaal. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the customer. You will handle all possible issues that arise in the logistics processes in a proper manner and maintain continuous contact with the customer to manage expectations. For this, you will constantly collaborate with your own department, the operation, external service providers, and the customer. WHAT WILL YOU DO?: Our warehouse campus in Roosendaal consists of various buildings where we carry out logistics processes for different customers. In this role, you will serve a Japanese customer delivering retail fixtures and furniture in Europe. You will work in a diverse and international team with 5 direct colleagues.
