Position summary: The Team Leader RCA Tufting is responsible for the overall operations of the Tufting process at RCA. He/she will coordinate the flow of activities to meet production and quality objectives for the Tufting department, oversee the delivery of all raw materials to the Tufting department, and ensure correct reporting and documentation of machine activities.
