About the Role: As a Senior Business and Private Banking Onboarding Specialists, you will support B&PB Frontline Relationship Managers to onboard new to bank and existing customers, delivering outstanding onboarding experiences for customers with complex B&PB and PCM / Institutional products. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and assist the Onboarding Lead with projects and change initiatives as required. You will help drive effective collaboration and sharing of knowledge across all members of the team, assist with training, enhancing team morale and completing ad hoc or step-up tasks, as required by the Onboarding Lead.
