Job description

The Small Business Banking CRA Relationship Manager is responsible for driving small business growth and ensuring compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) by developing and managing relationships with small business clients, community organizations, and referral partners. This role combines proactive business development with a strong commitment to community engagement, particularly in underserved and low-to-moderate income (LMI) areas within the bank’s CRA assessment areas. Qualifications: Compensation: SBB CRA Relationship Manager I: $ 74,079 - $111,119 SBB CRA Relationship Manager II: $93,591- $140,386 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Seattle, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus and incentive compensation plan.
