Job description
As a District Manager, you must have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and able recruit, train, and retain team of highly capable Store Managers. You must also be organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to motivate your team to exceed customer expectations. Specific qualifications for the role include: - Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience (Multi-unit experience preferred). - Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented. - Ability to supervise and train Store Managers (SM) in use of store equipment, tools and materials. - Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the Store Manager job description. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Must have a current valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver. - Ability to communicate (orally and in w...
