Overview We are seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry CNA , also referred to as a Med-Surg Tele CNA in our Medical Surgical and Telemetry Departments. The Med-Surg/Tele CNA assist nurses by providing basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring patient safety for adults recovering from surgeries or illnesses while on heart monitors. They play a critical role in observing patients, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery.
