Perform advanced data analysis on new issues, documents findings and communicates to part owners. Mentor and assist FA technicians with yield investigations. Perform Electrical Failure Analysis and communicate Results. Summarize investigation findings into a single report, including the potential root case. Mentor and assist FA Technicians with complex FA testing and techniques. Operate all lab equipment while adhering to defined safety guidelines. Understand equipment operation and perform all required tasks and basic troubleshooting of uM3 – Micromate, Merlin/Raptor tester platform, Emission tools, MPI Probe Stations, and Nanoprobe tools.
