Truck Operator SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Truck Operator that will be responsible for operating trucks as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate the following trucks based on project requirements: Water Truck, Dump Truck, Haul Truck, Tractor Trailer/Lowboy - Follow prescribed safety regulations - Ensure housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area - Perform routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning - Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunctions - Follow work plans and pre-task cards - Build and maintain effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels - Perform all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: *Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment. - Related construction experience preferred - Current driver’s license of proper classification and necessary endorsements as required by law - Strong teamwork orientation - Positive attitude and professional customer service skill...
