Description Tidewater Fleet Supply/TNT Parts, one of the largest independent distributors of fleet, truck, trailer, and heavy equipment parts in the Southeast is rapidly growing and need qualified candidates like you. The Parts Counter Sales will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while providing great customer service. Responsibilities: - Sells based on Tidewater Fleet Supply/TNT Parts value proposition by identifying key growth opportunities product and services offerings. - Generate new and repeat sales by educating customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. - Accurately process customer transactions such as providing pricing or quotes, taking orders or managing returns. - Proactively recommend items needed by the customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. - Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a regular basis.
