Assembler Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Assembler Team Lead to join the Shakes Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 2nd shift. The Team Lead will be performing tasks in the following areas; pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement and Lean/BPS (Boeing Production System). The candidate must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job. Position Responsibilities: Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools Build effective resource plans: Identifies and communicates risks to First Line Leader Updates and communicates BPS metrics: Identify KPI improvement actions: Assigns daily work: Leads team in daily safety check-in Monitors and reports daily progress to plan.
