Job description

Location: 2416 Philadelphia Street Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Designs, develops, and conducts system training of departmental employees and acts as a liaison for department lines of business to support their needs related to training and change management. Acts as a Project Coordinator for various initiatives to support departments and assists with corporate implementation. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Design and facilitates lesson plans, training materials, and manuals to support corporate system training and corporate process related projects. Support department managers and employees with new hire system training and refresher training as needed. a. nCino system, IBS Insight, and Optima system department training b. Adobe Pro, Cute PDF, and Docu-Sign c. LMS System e-learning modules d. Security, Regulatory, and Compliance Training e. Microsoft Office Suite f. KEY webinars g. New Employee Training 2.
