Job description

Role Purpose: This role is responsible for the detailed operational implementation of varied OMS & CI tools & strategy. Supports operation with process improvement initiatives. Responsible for the delivery of training and coaching across all site functions to improve OMS/CI maturity. Identify and prioritize areas of opportunity within existing operations as part of Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement activities to improve productivity, throughput, quality and flow of the Operation. Work with the Operations team to quantify the opportunities and provide support as required to ensure a successful implementation of the concepts identified to add value to the business and the customer. Key Accountabilities: - Provide analytical, problem solving framework & solution design support on projects - Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from statistical analysis - Develop current and future state process flows to improve any functional area - Develop presentations to illustrate project scope, cost benefit analysis and solution recommendations - Inspire others to engage in CI workshops and daily continuous improvement with the right knowledge and tools to improve the...
