Guest Services Agent | Kangaroo Island, SA About the Role: Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team and help deliver the warm, personalised experience our guests have come to expect from one of Australia's most celebrated luxury lodges. In this role, you will be a central point of contact for guests throughout their stay, handling everything from arrivals and departures to activity bookings, concierge requests and day-to-day guest needs. You will work closely with all lodge departments to ensure every interaction is seamless, thoughtful and reflective of the Southern Ocean Lodge standard. This is a residential role based on Kangaroo Island, with accommodation and meals provided at a reduced rate.
