The Principal Manufacturing Engineer provides technical and people leadership for a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting either Assembly or Fabrication operations. This role will leads a team of engineers and is responsible for driving complex manufacturing initiatives from concept through full implementation. Depending on business needs, the scope may include assembly line optimization and capital automation projects, or fabrication operations.
