Overview We’re looking for a highly capable IT Support Engineer II with strong Apple Mac expertise and solid Windows experience to join our Dallas office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role—you’ll run point on all local IT needs, from support and inventory to projects and employee experience. You’ll operate independently, make smart decisions, and keep things running without needing constant direction.
