The Job: As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a field-based employee. You’ll get to: Achieve annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory Conduct FEMs (Field Excellence Meetings) every 60 days (6x a year). This involves lifting more than 10 pounds of product of totes to showcase to customers Conduct effective work-withs (truck ride a-longs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors in the territory.
