About the Role The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by empowering creators and agencies to build a creative, engaging, and safe space for all users. We are seeking an enthusiastic greek-speaking Agency Operations Manager — the first role of its kind to launch and establish the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the Greek-speaking market. You will play a pioneering role in defining the market entry strategy, developing partnerships with live-streaming agencies, and scaling the creator ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that requires operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the influencer and live-streaming landscape.
