JOB SUMMARY: Supports Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) team in LatAm region by coordinating Public Relations and Marketing activities. Needs to ensure a good relationship with partners (celebrities, influencers, press, agencies) in order to develop projects and collaborative content productions. Supports Marketing and Public Relations Managers with special projects in Orlando and Hollywood. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Develops and oversees plans and tactics to reach key strategic audiences as implemented by PR management. Supports the development and implementation of yearly marketing plans and tactics. Monitors and tracks all initiatives and tactics implemented by organization and reports coverage/tactical feedback. Ensures all efforts integrate with LatAm goals, objectives and specific tactics to achieve consistent messaging. - Welcomes top-tier celebrities and influencers upon arrival to the UDX Orlando parks, including production of welcome kits, ticket retrieval, photos, etc. - Participates in weekly meetings representing the PR/Marketing teams with Orlando team members of other areas (Action WS, PR Meeting) and sends an e-mail with a summary of what was discussed in ea...
