Job description

We are looking to hire a Data Scientist to support the US L2L (Local to Local) Ops team, the largest business unit at US TikTok Shop responsible for executing category and vertical-specific strategies. This role will play a key part in driving high-impact Data Science support for the organization, partnering closely with Ops leaders to inform strategy, improve execution, and scale data-driven decision-making across categories. This role is also an opportunity to help shape the next phase of our Data Science organization, evolving towards an AI-first model, leveraging agentic systems and modern AI capabilities to transform how we operate and deliver impact.
