About the role: As the Open House Team Leader, you’ll lead and support a dedicated Case Management team delivering high-quality, person-centred services to people experiencing homelessness. You’ll provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and professional development, while also contributing to intake, assessment, case management and assertive outreach.
