Position: Maintenance Technician Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada Gaines Investment Trust is building our team and looking to connect with Maintenance Technicians to support our apartment communities in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Compensation: - $20 – $25 per hour based on experience - Monthly performance bonuses What You Will Do: - Complete routine and corrective maintenance in apartment homes and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry - Respond to service requests in a timely, professional, and resident-focused manner - Assist with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and general preparation for new move-ins - Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections - Maintain the appearance of the community by assisting with grounds and common area upkeep - Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies - Communicate effectively with residents, office staff, and supervisors What You Will Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience - Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred - Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, or mechanical work - EPA certif...
