Portfolio Manager – Valves & Automation

We are looking for a commercially strong and market-oriented Portfolio Manager to strengthen our Hygienic Valves business across Southern Europe, South America, Africa and Middle-east. This role combines active market engagement, regional portfolio responsibility, ownership of product launches and commercial enablement. It is suited for a mid-career professional with solid commercial judgement and the confidence to engage decision-makers in project-driven markets. The role: As Portfolio Manager, you ensure that our portfolio development, launches and commercial activities are grounded in real customer and project insight. You will actively engage with end-users, EPCs and industry influencers to understand how investment decisions are shaped, what drives specifications, and where competitive advantages are created. You will translate these insights into portfolio priorities, focused market positioning and practical sales enablement that strengthens our channels’ ability to engage proactively.
